He has worked at Fortune 500 companies such as Starbucks and Microsoft as well as several early-stage technology startups. One of his creations was the Starbucks Card and loyalty program, used by millions of people every day.
Bill made a decision to make a career pivot after he stepped back and determined that he needed to get out of the rut of short-term roles and do something that was more exciting and purposeful. In 2019, he started a new chapter and became a Career Ownership Coach and business owner with The Entrepreneur’s Source.
As a Career Ownership Coach, Bill works with clients on a fee-free basis to help them assess whether they are on a fulfilling and/or sustainable career path or whether there are alternative possibilities that could yield better results.
This is ultimately an exploration as to whether taking control of your career makes sense given your goals, needs and situation. It is a strategic rather than a tactical exploration, and, if approached with an open mind, can yield benefits by helping you recognize that there are alternative or even supplemental options that could be viable and feasible.
